Drinking Buddies

“……Seriously. I fought you for doing cultist stuffs weeks ago, and now we are just like, chillin’ and drinkin’ in the same place.”

“Horizon Initiative! Stop being such a prude, and, well, just enjoy the fun. Both of us can’t make up our mind about stuffs most of the time, and that’s why we can be buddies off-duty.”

“Have fun. At least you am not forgotten. I am once of great, too……”


So, after I finished reading Et Tam Deum Petivi Hub (Basically a series of Horizon Initiative tales), I could not help but imagine this scene.

In the setting, it mentioned that there are pocket dimension bars all over the place for people of the paranormal world to gather in relative peace (old GRU-P agents also like to go there, which is why I add another ball in), and the fact that HI has a friendly relationship with low key cells of Serpent’s Hand in this canon despite SH’s Hub describing their attitudes towards HI as sometimes hostile, sometimes cooperative.

So, my headcanon for these two GOI Balls are like, occasionally fighting with each other due to SH containing death cultists and radicals being a widely-accepted trait, and HI taking part in anti-cult operations most of the time. But they can still gather together for a chat or drink peacefully once they are off-duty.

<sub>GRU-P has no freaking logo. So, I made one up. Seriously, even ORIA which is even less noticed than GRU-P has its own Hub and logo……

And yes, it speaks Engrish due to having a Russian origin and still mainly operates in post-Soviet states. Following the same logic, ORIA will speak Engrish too with heavy Iranian/Arabic accents, and Sarkicism has its own language system that is symbolized by shouting “Nal-ka!” and strange gibberish.</sub>
